Our 5 Step Process
Step 1: Industrial, heavy duty grinders are employed to thoroughly grind your existing concrete until the pores are wide open. Edges, corners and other hard to reach areas are done with a small, hand grinder. This is the most important step to ensure our high quality polyaspartic will bond and last.
Step 2: Repair any cracks, chips or imperfections so that your floor will be as close to perfect as possible.
Step 3: Apply high quality pigmented polyaspartic basecoat.
Step 4: Polymer flakes are broadcast into the basecoat at the perfect time while it is still wet.
Step 5: Crystal clear polyaspartic topcoat is applied.
